Every ounce of our Wagyu fat comes from Texas raised cattle. We render our fat in 50lb batches in house. It is rendered down 5+ to get a beautiful, refined liquid gold finished product.
Wagyu tallow is rich in essential fatty acids, omega 3 and 6. It also has a higher concentration of monounsaturated fats (Omega 9) than traditional beef tallow making it a great anti-inflammatory.Vitamins:
