How to use in your skincare routine:
Best used at night for deep repair and rejuvenation, but is can be used in the morning for extra hydration if needed.
Evening Routine: Apply 1-2 pumps after cleansing. Rub hands together warming in your palm. Then gently pat and press into your skin. If you use our other oils you can add it here. Follow up with moisturizer if used. Let it deeply penetrate overnight. This is when your skin repairs and regenerates most actively.
Morning Routine: Apply 1-2 pumps to cleansed skin. Give it 10 minutes to soak in. Follow with your regular moisturizer if used.
How often: Use once or twice daily. If you’re new to my oils, start with evening use and increase as your skin adjusts.

This stuff is like magic! It has so many uses. I use it on my neck and chest area bc the skin is so delicate there. I use it on sunburns and it heals it so quickly—while not causing me to peel. My husband started using it in his beard after he had an allergic reaction to some random beard cream he was using. My husband was sold after just a couple of days of using it. He has now taken my bottle, so I have to buy another one! ☺️

I can’t go a day without lalena’s oil! It has helped with so many things. It has rewound the clock so to speak. I have less allergic reactions to makeup etc. I use it twice a day! Mixed with Frankie oil at night. I even use it on sunburns for my kids.
