Licorice root

Cascara Sagrada bark

Buckthorn bark

Instructions:

you may simmer in the bag it comes in OR Empty one individual bag into one cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain, let cool slightly and serve immediately. Most only need one cup a day to begin to see results.

Helpful tips to success: Increase water intake to 6-8 cups per day. Exercise or move your body 20 to 30 minutes per day. Include eating a high fiber diet.
